Instructions

1. Observe the sign indicating the metered parking zone.

2. Metered parking hours are from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 hs and Saturdays from 08:00 to 13:00 hs.

3. Verify the correct ‘scraping’ in the sectors: day, month, hour and minutes with the front facing outwards in a visible way.

4. Place the card behind the windscreen inside the car with the front facing outwards in a visible manner.

5. If you have to remain parked for more than 60 minutes, you must mark as many cards as the number of hours to be parked.

6. Once the card has been scratched off, it may be used anywhere within the metered parking zone for the duration of its validity.

7. Cars will be parked at the expense of their owners or drivers, who assume all risks of theft, total or partial damage, fire, explosion or any damage suffered by the vehicle, person or objects or things stored in it, and the municipality assumes no responsibility whatsoever.

8. In case of not having the card duly scratched or in the place not visible to the ocular control by the SAEM inspectors, or if the term of duration of the card has expired, the user and/or owner of the vehicle shall pay the equivalent of 50 hours of the value of the 1st hour for non-payment of the fee; this amount may be reduced by 50% if the user pays it voluntarily.
